By downloading, installing, or using the Lyrion mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lyrion is a personal life recording and movie collection application that allows you to:

• Create and organize personal life records with photos, emotions, and tags
• Build and manage your personal movie collection
• Track movies you've watched, want to watch, and currently watching
• Organize content with categories and smart organization features
• Access premium features through our coin-based system

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Lyrion, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights when adding content to your collections
• Keep your device secure and protect your personal data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Not share or distribute copyrighted content through the App

4. Coin-Based Premium Features

Lyrion operates on a coin-based system for premium features:

Purchase Terms:

• All purchases are one-time transactions for coins
• No recurring subscriptions or automatic billing
• Coins do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Once coins are used for premium features, they cannot be refunded
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests on unused coin purchases

5. Intellectual Property

The Lyrion application, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws:

• You retain ownership of all personal content you create within the App
• Lyrion and its features are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• Movie information and images are used for informational purposes under fair use

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• Most of your personal data is stored locally on your device
• We only collect minimal information (User ID and coin balance) on our servers
• Your personal records, photos, and collections remain on your device

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lyrion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or other indirect damages

• We recommend regularly backing up your records and collections

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service:

• The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features
• Premium features may be temporarily unavailable during updates
• We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated:

• You may stop using the App at any time
• We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you should delete the App from your device
• Purchased coins and premium features remain accessible until you delete the App

10. Changes to Terms

• Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date

• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
